Hotel was fairly clean, very good staff.
The location was marvellous, for example, Inverness Museum and Art Gallery was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. And it was also right by restaurant, bus station and train station and centre of town near shops.

Employees were thoughtful and active!
Stayed for 1 night in this atmospheric place, appreciated that. The unit we got was updated with a great shower. The restaurant was REALLY NICE and served delicious food.

The location of the hotel was handy - just a short stroll away from River Ness. The double room was elegant with bunk beds, a freestanding bath and the bedroom. It had brilliant food, consistently courteous and accommodating staff...

Noise levels from the pub below can be quite disruptive, so consider earplugs!!! Parking difficulties aren't well communicated, leading to unnecessary frustration!!!

Wonderful stay with friendly staff
The staff were really good, especially Dean at breakfast, who provided helpful tips and topped off our water bottles. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and the beautiful River Ness. An AC would have was nice.

Awesome stay with our pups!
We had such a fab time! The staff were super friendly, especially Ali and Roger, who took the time to. Our room was clean and comfy with a great shower. The pub downstairs had nice vibes, and breakfast was delish! Only wish there was a bit more room for parking.
